Scott Collision Center, a division of Scott Honda of West Chester, is located just minutes from Westtown Road exit, off RT 202. Our 13000 sq ft facility offers you the best in technology, advanced equipment, highly trained technicians, and customer care. We have a Chism bench system coupled with the state of the art Car-O- Vision measuring system, Ac 1234, GYS Innovative resistance welder, two MIG welders, silicon Bronze welder, nitrogen plastic welder and can tackle virtually any repair. We have over 100 years of technical experience on our direct labor staff as well as over fifty years of experience on the administrative end. We feature a Global downdraft spray booth especially designed for water borne refinishing. We also just converted to PPG Envirobase as our paint system. The Scott Collision Center is an ICAR gold facility that has parking for over 125 vehicles. The entire shop is air conditioned and utilizes High Color Render Index lighting.

We are very pleased with the service and care we received at the Honda body shop. Our experience was extremely good as Mr. Ed Edge took care of us very professionally answering all our questions, updating us with the repair status etc.. he even went out of his way to replace a battery in our key remote as it was not working. Overall, we received the best care from the Scott Honda repair shop. Kudos to the team especially to Mr. Edge. From a scale of 1 to 10 we are delighted to give a 10 to our experience. Thank you! This was the worst experience taking 3 weeks to complete with an initial quote of 3 days. The communication was non-existent. I had to rent cars and shuffle numerous days to get my family where they needed to go while Paul L continued to complain about back ordered parts or needing technicians to wire things. I am a two Honda owners that were both serviced at Scott Honda and I will not be back. Oh and the original quote went from $1700 to $3700 with only 19 hours of labor done while the car sat for 22 days and not even an offer of any discount just a sorry parts were back ordered from Paul. I will be going elsewhere.

Car was quoted for 3 days and about $1400 and after 22 days I finally got my car back and an additional $2300. The communication was terrible and the only excuse was parts were delayed. I had to continuously follow up because Paul L would not give me updates even after he said he would. I own two Hondas and used to love the service at Scott Honda but after this I don’t think I’ll be back.
