Scott Collision Center, a division of Scott Honda of West Chester, is located just minutes from Westtown Road exit, off RT 202. Our 13000 sq ft facility offers you the best in technology, advanced equipment, highly trained technicians, and customer care. We have a Chism bench system coupled with the state of the art Car-O- Vision measuring system, Ac 1234, GYS Innovative resistance welder, two MIG welders, silicon Bronze welder, nitrogen plastic welder and can tackle virtually any repair. We have over 100 years of technical experience on our direct labor staff as well as over fifty years of experience on the administrative end. We feature a Global downdraft spray booth especially designed for water borne refinishing. We also just converted to PPG Envirobase as our paint system. The Scott Collision Center is an ICAR gold facility that has parking for over 125 vehicles. The entire shop is air conditioned and utilizes High Color Render Index lighting.

I was very satisfied 100% with the Scott Honda’s Collision’s department. There’s one person (I forget his name), but he was always available to answer all my questions, and helped me check out on the last day. He kept me informed frequently of the status of my car and ETA through phone calls and Text messaging. Communication is key and helps relieve anxiety and I really appreciated this from him. Furthermore, he was courteous, pleasant and very professional and above all showed empathy about me being in the accident. My car looks as good as new and I was blown away when I saw it. All functions are intact, drives perfect just as before the accident, and I received it in a timely fashion, if not even sooner (2 days earlier). I left my rental car with them, and they extended the courtesy of calling Enterprise to pick up the rental car from them. This was a smooth operation from beginning to end and I am just proud of Scott Honda Collision department. From now on, I will be servicing with here because your service, and customer relations is none like any other place I know. Y’all are the best!!

Your collision manager knew from the beginning that I would be out of the country until early March. My life does not align itself to your auto-communication software. Please do not send me any more messages. Until I get back to PA, I will not express any opinion as to the success (or not) of your repairs to my Honda Pilot. I have confidence in your collision repair manager, but your auto-messaging system needs to accommodate the customer, NOT the other way around.
