Scott Collision Center, a division of Scott Honda of West Chester, is located just minutes from Westtown Road exit, off RT 202. Our 13000 sq ft facility offers you the best in technology, advanced equipment, highly trained technicians, and customer care. We have a Chism bench system coupled with the state of the art Car-O- Vision measuring system, Ac 1234, GYS Innovative resistance welder, two MIG welders, silicon Bronze welder, nitrogen plastic welder and can tackle virtually any repair. We have over 100 years of technical experience on our direct labor staff as well as over fifty years of experience on the administrative end. We feature a Global downdraft spray booth especially designed for water borne refinishing. We also just converted to PPG Envirobase as our paint system. The Scott Collision Center is an ICAR gold facility that has parking for over 125 vehicles. The entire shop is air conditioned and utilizes High Color Render Index lighting.

I think the paint job is great and front bumper is great. Thank you. Two issues though: the flair in the back bumper was not replaced when taking care of the rear bumper. Why was that not replaced? Two: The steering wheel is slightly off center to the left, when I drive straight. I’ve tried to get used to it but I notice it too much. I’m unhappy and I feel this is a safety issue either with alignment or the suspension or something else. I really expected better quality. I spoke to Paul and Smitty about it, we ended up saying drive it for sometime and let you all know. I really am not happy. The steering wheel is slightly to the left off center when I drive straight in the road. I don’t think the steering wheel was locked perfectly when they did the wheel alignment three times to pass per the paperwork.

I came to honda and meet Paul Lombardo I didn’t have an appointment when I arrived. when I ask Paul about looking at my car, they did not even think twice it took me in. They helped me and everything went so smoothly. from start to finish everyone in that office very friendly the lady other reception was very very friendly I am happy and very satisfied with the service I got fixing my car.

Excellent timely performance w/ friendly personnel. Unfortunately, Smitty tried to raise the price w/o calling for approval first. Naturally I didn’t pay that added amount which staff on site understood. Smitty then called and berated me and hung up on me. I know he has been very sick, but that was badly out of line. Perhaps some sort of pressure tactic. Anyway, I will use you again w commitment to excellence in any add-on expenses communication.
