I have to say, first off, Michael is awesome. His demeanor, professionalism, and way about him was reassuring and allowed for me not to stress about any of the process. He even brought me into the shop to show me what had been completed at that point last Friday. My only complaint would be with All State spelling my first name Josept instead of Joseph. Thank you Michael and Scott Collision Staff.
