Ed and Johnathon were a pleasure to work with. Both very professional. They clearly explained the repair process and kept me up to date regarding the progress made regarding my car. I am very pleased so far, and the car looks and feels great for the 15 miles driven to my home. I would highly recommend to others the quality of the services delivered by the Scott VW Body Shop. Very pleased overall with the entire experience.

So far, so good. My car looks great, especially my wheel rims, and everything appears snug and fit regarding the overall appearance of my vehicle. I was at the car wash yesterday and no water leaks were detected. Ed and Johnathon were very professional and a pleasure to deal with throughout the entire repair process. The car was delivered back to me ahead of schedule as well. I am extremely pleased regarding the overall services provided by the entire Scott Volkswagen Dealership to me thus far.

I used Scott Collision Center twice this year for two separate vehicles of mine due to two accidents that were not my fault which was an aggravating thing to be dealing with but Jonathan was super helpful both times. He is extremely nice, knowledgable, and responsive while keeping me in the loop on what was going on with the car but also with rentals and insurance. My first experience with him and the center was great which is why I decided to take my second car there for repairs which actually required body work as my first vehicle was totaled. My car was returned to me good as new and was really nicely cleaned and detailed for me. Repairs took just about as long as I was told from the start. Overall great experience with the collision center and Jonathan! Thank you! ◡̈

Jonathan was absolutely a very personable. Honest, clear speaking, genuine staff member to work with. I was very impressed at how they were in constant contact with me, keeping me informed about where in the repair process they were. Any new issues regarding my car, time for completing the repairs. My car was heavily damaged in the rear. The repair was completed 5 days early. It looked like it came out of a showroom and fully detailed on the inside. I was quite impressed. Everyone was kind and professional and kept me updated via texting. They also called Enterprise car rental at the time of vehicle drop-off and I left the rental with Scott VW Collision who took care of Enterprise for me at pickup. Extremely satisfied.

The staff explained how the work would most likely be done during the estimate. This was was greatly beneficial for me to help me decide whether to go ahead with the work or not. And the final product was amazing, couldn't tell any work was actually done!
