"The first part ordered came with a defect so it was returned and reordered from the Ford dealer which was a 2 week delay. Once the new part was recieved it was installed the same day. The only negative comment I would have is that the Progressive rep. told me that they would need my vehicle for 2 days for the repair. When I called the next day to see if the vehicle was finished I was told the adjuster was scheduled to come on day 2 and then they would order the part. This miscommunication caused me to make longer arrangements for a loner car from a friend (the body shop did not have any loner cars available)"
