I am Jacquelyn McCoy and this was my vehicle. My name is on these documents not Kevin. My appraiser Mr George who works with GEICO Ins did not keep me informed with the progress of my truck repairs. I call constantly and let messages which were not answered.It is after I called the manager Mr. George finally called. That’s not good customer service. I picked my car up it looked nice but I’m still waiting on a part. Could take months

Sdr is a great shop the paint work was fantastic and the costume service was good.. I do believe at the end of the day thay want you to leave 100% satisfied and if your not happy thay will work to make sure you are
