Each time I have brought my car to SDR I have been impressed with the quality of work. If there have been any issues. They are dealt with in a friendly and professional manner.

The body panel and bumper look great. The problem is that my bed cover was not properly reinstalled. A bracket was loose , in the wrong place, and the rail pad was crooked and exposed. Also, a bedliner clip is exposed and possibly broken. This experience was unfortunately not as good as my bumper replacement at the Cockeysville location. Sorry, for the bad news. Thank you, for asking.

One of your staff, told me, that when a car is fixed, and it’s flaws, they hope the customer don’t see it. That’s bad business. I was upset after hearing that. 8 people had to bring their car back because their car wasn’t fixed correctly.
