POC strives to provide them with continuous training in the areas of new equipment, ASE and I-Car certifications. As part of the standard operating procedures for POC, methodical repair planning is paramount to our processes in ensuring a full scope of accuracy. The shop forgot to fix the washer fluid reservoir, which was crushed in the accident. I filled it up and it leaks all over the ground. You left the car extremely dirty under the hood like somebody’s wash the engine with mud. I wear collision shops as a painter for 15+ years and we never let a car go out dirtier than it came in
