Super nice group of people & appreciated the regular updates. Only reason I’m not giving a 10 is due to the delay because bumper dropped on floor requiring repainting. Other than an apology there was no consideration of compensation (reduction of deductible). I had already maxed my rental out & thankfully had use of my son’s car. Had that not been available I would have paid out of pocket. Only other feedback is the return of vehicle with remote start not working correctly & now I have to take it to Nissan which is a huge inconvenience.

From start to finish, the entire process was so easy and stress free! A team member met with me promptly and explained the process, did a walk through of damages and was transparent with the timeline for repairs. I received frequent progress updates along the way and in the end, it was done faster than they projected! My car looks and feels great - thank you to the entire team!
