POC strives to provide them with continuous training in the areas of new equipment, ASE and I-Car certifications. As part of the standard operating procedures for POC, methodical repair planning is paramount to our processes in ensuring a full scope of accuracy. Being an environmentally conscious company is another vital concern to the well being of our employees and our local community. Our MMG ADJUSTER Erik Schleicher was most helpful and worked on our behalf throughout. There is a shortage of aluminum nationwide and although we were entitled to an OEM door to repair our new car, Erik helped in several ways to contact Sebago lake Collision Center sho on turn expedited the repairs on our vehicle and delivered our car back like it came out of the showroom. We are very pleased overall with MMG and the Collision Center.
