I cannot say how amazing this experience has been. I was the victim of a crime, where my car was shot leaving some very serious damage. I was heartbroken! I love this car and I was terrified the insurance company was just going to total it out and that would be that. Your staff were so kind and thoughtful and honest with me about the damage. They took the time to pull the insurance rep aside to look at our car and see what could be done. That one small thing lead to a almost 1300 dollar reduction in the repair, putting our car squarely in the repairable range. We got him back in a week! And our car looks like the whole incident never happened!!!!!! I couldn't be more thankful and pleased with the service!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you. To everyone who helped!!!! You are the best!

They did an excellent job and my car is back to its original state but maybe even better. It took a few weeks to get in there to get the initial estimate, but once I did that it was definitely worth the wait. Highly recommend
