POC strives to provide them with continuous training in the areas of new equipment, ASE and I-Car certifications. As part of the standard operating procedures for POC, methodical repair planning is paramount to our processes in ensuring a full scope of accuracy. Excellent service all around! My truck was completed 5 days earlier than expected, and the repair looks great. I received daily emails updating the progress while my truck was in the shop, and I received phone calls at different stages. Everyone I met at the shop was friendly and was easy to see, they all take pride in what they do. Hopefully I won't need a body shop again, but if I do, I'll definitely go back to Sebago Lake Collision.

Only problem I have is that the driver's door handle doesn't have the smart lock button any more. Can that be replaced in the future?
