The job that was done to my bumper is perfect, yet I’m a bit upset with their written communication. I recd a text with a link stating my car was ready to come home. Yet when opened the link… it noted right at the top that “pick up” is for Tuesday 4pm. I was told they did call me, yet I never seen the caller msg cuz my phone blocks Spam. I wish they would hv texted me stating they tried calling & I would hv been there to pick up my car. Due to this miscommunication I recd an additional charge from the rental place.
