Everything was good. I thought the update text were excessive. One was at 0800 when I was sleeping. It said my repairs was 6 days out when 20 min later I got a call stating the repair was complete and I could pick up my car. Some people work different hours and sleep different hours so an early morning text isn't good. Other than the texting, I felt everything was great
