I had an excellent experience! Alex was incredibly kind, professional, and always took the time to answer all of my questions. He kept me updated throughout the entire repair process on my Dodge, which gave me great peace of mind. The team did an amazing job replacing the damaged parts and matching the paint perfectly. My car looks like new again! As an extra bonus, they washed and vacuumed my car before returning it to me. Seeing it so clean and shiny made me so happy. Thank you, Alex, and the entire team, for your outstanding work and excellent customer service. I highly recommend them!

Contacted Alexis (Guest service adviser) 2 weeks ago about loose/damaged corner trim pieces on my rear bumper and have yet to hear back when it will be fixed. I was told the replacement parts would be in on 05/29.
