Steve was great, very comforting as well as informative about the danger’s of animal’s & vehicles & how often if actually happens Steven was also very knowledgeable about the process explaining most of what to possible expect, Steven also was great with the updating communication & keeping me well informed with every step,stating the fact that I used my vehicle for work and at work, he was understating & said they would do their best to get the repairs done everything tested & certified & would attempt to get it back to me in a timely manner. The Morning I picked up my car Steven was genuinely happy I got my baby back. Thank you for taking great care of me Literally V.I.P. Treatment
