Initially the company forgot to schedule my repair. They said because my truck was drive able they prioritized vehicles that weren't drive able. Six months later I had to call them to schedule and then it took 2 weeks. However they were courteous and picked up the cost of one weeks rental.

The staff is very friendly and pleasant to deal with. The only reason the is was not a 10 was the delay in the return of the vehicle and the fact that I did not get a call telling me about the delay.

The primary issue preventing the completion of the repair in 1 week was the availability of the left front, driver side, headlight assembly. It was replaced and the job completed in 2 & 1/2 weeks. The headlight assembly has a hairline scrarth/crack and additional scratches.
