Service was great. The repairs look like brand new. The staff was all very friendly and knowledgeable. It was also a nice surprise to see that they cleaned the inside of my car too; I wasn’t expecting that at all. Thank you!

My vehicle took 1 week longer than my estimate. I was never updated unless I called and I was told a date it would be complete, called at 4 pm to be told not ready, it will be ready the next day, again no call. I called at 11:30 on a Friday as I was going out of town to get a voicemail. So I went out of town and then got the call my vehicle was ready. Due to where I was, I couldn’t get it before closing in a Friday so I had to wait until Monday after work. The following day around lunchtime the rental car company called me wanting an update. Fortunately I wasn’t paying for the rental but an extra week is a long time for a small repair.
