Very nice to talk to but the communications about delays is non-existent. It's only when calling in to get the status that you find out that the car isn't ready on the date it's supposed to be. It also seemed that there was no understanding that delays have major impacts on the customer - car rentals or borrowing a car from friends or having to share a car with other family members (work, groceries, doctor visits) is NOT easy to change.

The work was done as near to perfect as possible, and we were certainly pleased with the unexpected detailing job done. The score reflects the abysmal communications from Select. It began with emails saying the job would be completed by May 1 as promised and then they stopped. The car was there for 3 weeks instead of one but we never heard any reason why or any new projected delivery date. We had to make several calls to get information. If we were to grade Select on communications alone, it would be a 1.

I was going to another local shop for the past 40 years. Was one of the best shops in the area. Now only one son runs it and he takes too long and cuts corners. Hated to take my business elsewhere but, am glad I did! Excellent service. Car was clean inside & out which was very appreciated!
