No one has communicated that my car is done. Last week when I called on Thursday, I was told it would be done by the end of the day. I came Friday late afternoon and I was told the car was told and to have a seat in the waiting room while they finished up the paperwork. Moments later I’m told the car is not done. It’s been there for 6+ weeks. Several times when I had called previously, I was met with “we’re still cleaning up glass”. I understand glass must have been everywhere but that should not have been relayed to the customer. I’m anxious to get the car back and see the condition it’s in. I’ve used you guys three other times and referred countless people but I’m sorry to say that I won’t be doing that again moving forward.
