Maria needs a little more communication with the customer. There was absolutely no status updates call or even maybe a txt message. It seems she's overwhelmed. But when I did call myself to ask, she was short but friendly professional.

fiberglass repairs and paint were good. attachment of the plastic rear wheel well assemblies were poor and is requiring a revisit to the body shop for repair
