I would no way in hell send one of my friends or family member here to get work done, I would never want anyone to go through what I have been through dealing with selman

Car wasn't done when promised. Inside mats were dirty. Parts are still on back order

I feel ripped off and feel like they don't care about their customers. The car they loaned me had a burnt out headlight, after I paid my deductible my car was given to me unfinished with a new crack in my windshield, a fair amount of gas was used and not replaced, this is a never ending nightmare for an accident that I didn't cause yet feel like I have to take charge and get things done. I will never be back to selman Chevrolet.

The PDR guy came and looked at a door ding dent. Gave us quote. When we picked up the car that work was not done. When asked, the lady said someone would call and give an explanation. It has been a few days now and no call.

There is a sag in the paint in front of right side mirror and a high lip on the door edge .I understand this is a very hard color to match it apears to be a little light in color .It is at least 50% better then it was when I brought it in . Color match is off way to light. There is a sag in front of right side view mirror and door edges are to thick.The reason I brought the car to you was the paint match was off! You assured me that it would not be a problem to match .You being the dealer I felt good about the job.When I picked the car up I stated the color match was off .The car was parked in a poor light area .I have painted many cars in the past I understand how hard this color is to match . I believe your paint booth has very good lighting and your painter must have seen that the match was off.Nice try D
