I have been a customer of Sergio's since 2012. Never had an issue or complaint until now, and this last experience has been very disappointing to be honest.

I have several issues with the repairs to my truck, and have called and left messages twice (spoke to Sergio once) with no callback. Panel gaps are extremely wide, hood won't sit flush, bumper installed crooked, license plate bracket installed incorrectly, headlight aimed into the ground, steering feels loose like no alignment was done, PDRs not completed, black overspray on bumper, white overspray on inner fenders. Please call me back Junior!

Was in a hit and run but was able to track down the driver for their insurance info. After 2 months of dealing with them they denied my claim. I decided to go through my insurance and Sergio’s handled all of it. They set up my rental car, they completed the work quicker than they quoted, and they even cleaned some of the things inside my vehicle when they were done. Most importantly my car doesn’t even look like it had any damage at all. I should have just gone through them from the start. I highly recommend this shop to anyone.
