Communication was fairly good other than the automatic emails that would be sent and were not accurate on timing of the vehicle. Everyone was very professional. The agreement working with the rental car company was great. My car looks great! Overall we are very pleased.

Everything was perfect from start to finish. I highly recommend using Gerber Collision & Glass. The communication was incredible and I was sent updated text messages regularly on the status of my car. Checking in and out was wonderful too. The management and team here are friendly and professional. I also want to share that my husband also used Gerber Collision & Glass for his car, and he had the same outstanding experience. I would not go anywhere else. Thank you for making my car repair so easy!
