Sergio provided outstanding service. He was communicative, efficient and did superb work. We had delays due to parts availability but he shared updates and completed the repairs immediately once the parts were in. I would definitely return for any auto body needs.

Body repairs look great. Runs good but seems a little stiff. The main negative is that I am still finding pieces of glass on the dashboard from the windshield that was cracked

Sergio's Autobody is my new go to place for vehicle repairs. I have lived in Gilberts for 20 years and had no idea they were even there until we had unfortunate body damage to our vehicle. Working through State Farm they are part of their "Select Service" shops. Before finding out about Sergio's through State Farm, I received quotes from Maaco and Gerber. When I went to Sergio's not only did they exceed my expectations on friendly customer service they also provided a quote that was considerably less than those other big shops, AND turned were able to get the vehicle in a month sooner than anyone else. Sergio's not only made sure the vehicle got in as soon as possible, but the repair was top notch. They made sure everything was perfect and 100% the way I wanted it to be. I am only going to Sergio's from now on based on the quality of work and the best price and service around. They have won me over for life and no one else will work on my vehicles in the future expect Sergio's. Thank you Sergio, keep up the excellent work!

When I got my car back it was perfectly repaired and washed. It looked brand new. You notified me every step of the way. I will refer you to anyone looking for a repair. I give you 5 stars. 5 being the best.

Had to take my car back for them to fix some issues. I don’t know if they just didn’t do a quality check at the end of but there were noticeable things that could’ve been fixed prior to pick up. They worked around my work schedule offering after hours pick up as well. But I was told I’d get a call when they looked at it and when it was done both times and never got one. They also told me it would be done at a specific time after calling them, but when I told them I didn’t know if I’d have a ride I wasn’t told it was done until the next day. I just wish it would’ve been right the first time. Looks almost like new now.
