They are respectful, to the customer, they give updates while the repair is being completed they are fast, and do great work when I picked my car up I did not need to wait , my car was detailed both inside and out I found they took such great care that the inside on my car had been atomic alled

The best auto body shop I worked with my entire life. Sergio Jr was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Always genuinly happy, courteous, knowledgeable and on top of the issues. Great communicator! The work quality was perfect, they went above and beyond what they had to do, even detailed the car. We have always dealt with the dealer Motorwerks for our BMWs, but Sergio’s outshined them in every way possible! Great job, heep it up!!!

On the surface repairs seemed all rapped up but really there’s more to be done, I had a loose connection in the wheel well and the bumper that was fixed is still hanging loose and every time I stop I hear a strange crunching on the drivers side

Everybody is very more than professional, friendly from Sergio Jr down to all the guys in the shop all willing to help you with any question you might have very satisfied with them. Very cool people. Also they do terrific work very outstanding I would recommended to anybody. They also did work on my wife's car several months back and did a great job.
