I was really impressed with the quality of the repair and how quickly my car was repaired. I really appreciate being able to leave the rental car there and have that handled. Justin was very pleasant to work with.

I’m hopeful that this time ( 3rd time ) they will get my body repairs and paint looking new. It’s been way too much time and not enough communication. They made my interior smeared on the instrument panels, did not clean the coke that spilled in my console like I asked but they made the inside smell horrible like some generic soap smell. The detail rags were obviously dirty and they used them all over. They might be in need of good body guys and painters by the looks of my truck aeven after two tries! The hood and fenders don’t even line up the same on both sides. The Kai t has just in it and they supposedly buffed it all out… the might not have the capable crew on my project.

Not likely, I still am waiting and have talked for hours on the phones and it’s a real hassle when it should not be.

No communication and it’s hard to get through to get any information. I haven’t seen the quality ( for the 3rd time as I showed them a lot of flaws and errors their first and second attempt at calling it “done” ) yet and have no idea how much longer it’s going to be before I get it back due to nobody contacting me or updating the digital app or any of the “conveniences” they try to provide. It’s been over 3 months they’ve had my truck. I would try to hire on qualification if I were them and it would probably solve these issues. I hope they fixed it right this time… notice this is the second review and still the job hasn’t been completed but they can send the reviews consistently. The people are nice that work there.

Did not fully fix my car. Now I have to take to certified nissan dealer and pay for diagnostic to figures out what was not properly fixed.
