The early-twenties young Manager is amazing in customer service, palpably exhibiting professional and quality customer relation that is tantamount to an Ownership mentality. He's like an Owner-Operator in this regard. If the Conpany can find and keep each of its managers like this for each of its location, it's just a matter of time the Company will become the largest in this business space not only in Ohio, but also nationwide.

Everyone i met at serpentini collision was super nice and took care of myself and my wrecked equinox, very helpful in dealing with a wreck situation which is very stressful because of the new technologies in modern cars. Not only was my car finished earlier than expected, but it was washed, detailed inside (including my floor mats) when I picked it up. Definitely have not had that little surprise when my car was serviced previously at other repair shops! Michelle (in the office) and Hunter were wonderful going over everything to expect, and took great care of me to make this process super simple! Highly recommend Serpintini in Wadsworth !
