This was a very difficult ordeal due to difficult circumstances with the insurance company of the person that caused the damage. Mike was very good to deal with and gets an “A” for effort. Our vehicle looks great and I thank Mike for going out of his way to make things right.

Everyone did an excellent job and communication was wonderful. I got a very personal touch and was very satisfied except for one single thing. I was told it would be done in 3 days, and asked for parts to be ordered in advance to make sure. Instead of Thursday it was not done until late Monday. I had to get a rental, all they had was a pickup and I had to drive back and forth from columbus twice, plus the extra gas. Apart from that, I really thought they were awesome
