When the accident happened, we were unsure about the repair of our van. Who is going to do it? Where are we going to take it? We picked Serpentini Collision, because of the Serpentini name and also my dad took his car here to get fixed and did a great job with his. We are so glad we did, they made it so easy from the minute we walked in. They answered all our questions before taking it in for the repair. They work with Enterprise for their rental cars and that is who our insurance works with as well. Just had to drop the rental there at time of pickup. Super easy to work with and got the van done under estimated time. They did a super great job! Doesn’t look like it was ever in an accident.

The only thing that would have made it better would be communication about what was wrong with the car. The front desk was not interested in answering my questions so I looked for my car in the lot and left. But the car looks nice and seems to drive well.
