Kassandra communicated perfectly with every step and answered all my crazy questions and give me above and beyond information that was needed so I understood and best part was she didn’t forget anything and made sure everything worked out awesomely her customer service was the best in my bad situation. Way better than my insurance collision department!!!!!!! She should definitely get a raise!!!! Thank u Kassandra for everything.
