First time I had used serpentini's body shop I was amazed and extremely impressed. But this second time not quite as much as I was impressed the first time. The first time they set those standards pretty high.

The whole side of my truck is beautiful. However when I got my truck back he told me my batteries were dead when only one battery in fact was dead. Which was weird nevertheless my remote start doesn't work anymore. And my steering wheel is cockeyed. My remote start worked before I took my truck there. And they were supposed to do an alignment so my truck drives straight but the steering wheel is crooked and that doesn't make any sense to me. If you can fix the alignment, why is my steering wheel crooked

This is low because the person handling my truck was let go and there were insufficient notes to pass to the next individual. I fell this lengthened the time to finish by 1 or 2 weeks,

Took 3 months and 9 days to get car back. Made 3 $557 payments in that time. Took a month and a half to just get one part in. Not Serpentini fault. The Car runs like it did. Air was not put into tires.
