My vehicle was half painted . I had to point it out to them. I'm sure that they saw it. Now I'm inconvenient to bring the vehicle back for them to repaint it. Then they told me that they didn't have a loaner for me to get back and forth to work since it was their fault. I have been a customer of Serra for many years. There was only one spot where the hood totally didn’t line up flush, but there was no actual spots noticed or other rubbing on any of the parts. New parts looked great, paint looked good.
