The service representatives were great in the shop, even gave tips for the rental service. Communication, however, was a problem. Had to call after a week to check if claim had been approved, which it had but no one called to update me like they said they would. Additionally the representative had not ordered parts a week after the claim was approved, and only did so when I called to ask for a status update. Was given an estimation of 3 days for repair, actually took a week and no one called to update me. The representatives were fantastic in person but the lack of communication throughout the whole process was very frustrating.

My contact agent failed to update with me as promised like the repair price that she told me was ~$4,000 but ended up $5k+. Promised to send me a price quote and pictures of the damaged investigation but did not include in the email. I replied back requesting for the information but never received.

Seven trips to the body shop to get something that should’ve been fixed the first time. They fix one thing and break something else or forget to put a part on. I understand every village has their idiot. But you don’t let the village idiot work on cars. There is absolutely no quality control at this place nobody checks to vehicle before it’s returned to the owner.
