We are also a GM OEM Certified Collision Center. We work with all leading insurance providers to accurately assess damage, and we provide free computerized estimates before making repairs. Let me start off by saying I went to several auto collision shops in my quest for having my 2023 tundra repaired. Although cost was a factor in my decision, quality of the repair was the most important to me. Most shops I went to only allowed access to the office area, which doesn’t tell you a lot about their operation. When I drove my truck inside the Serra collision center for an estimate, I was surprised to see how large the garage area was. It was extremely clean and well lit despite being so busy. Trey Mosley wrote up the estimate in less than 15 minutes. As I talked with him to better understand their process, it became clear to me that Trey is passionate about his work, both in bodywork as well as paint applications. Toyota’s calls the color of my truck “wind chill pearl” which is a beautiful metallic white. I am a certified coating inspector, which I never mentioned, and although each paint color has an assigned code, I knew this would be a hard coating to match. Trey personally took ownership of matching the color of the truck and it was a perfect match. The final cost was exactly what Trey had estimated, so there were no surprises during pick up. In my opinion, much like Picasso, Trey & his team produced a work of art. I jokingly commented to him before the project started that I wish I could take a big eraser and make this (damage) go away. Well that’s exactly what they did! If your car is in need of some bodywork and you want quality results, I would recommend you come see Trey at the Serra Chevy Collision shop.

I was completely satisfied with the work done on my SUV. We were having to drive a rental for three weeks. That is how long it took to make sure all was right. Just before we were to pick up the vehicle they found something else that was unacceptable to them so it took a few more days. Other than that I had an excellent experience we y'all.
