My vehicle took weeks for repairs to start on my truck. I had to bring my truck back after a control arm was not repaired properly. I then had to bring my truck back again as one of the rim covers was not installed properly, causing it to fall off while driving. It is now going on 3 weeks since I notified the dealership of this rim cover issue and has still not been resolved.

Slow to repair. Originally used salvaged parts, repairs were haphazardly done or not done at all. Insurance company had to step in after seeing pictures of “completed” work to ensure the repairs were properly performed and corrected. Simple 1 week job took a month. Will not recommend.
