Greg did a great job of leading me thru the process. The quality of the body and paint job looked great. Made my truck look like new. Really appreciate the detailing on the truck also. Greg also finished the truck 4 days earlier than the original estimate.

Very impressed with the quality of work. It’s almost as if the deer collision never happened. However, I had to take my car back in on Tuesday morning after picking it up since two minor but obvious issues were still present: the turn signal was still defective when turning left (blinking fast) and the interior door handle where the collision occurred was still sticking out roughly 1/2 an inch out from the panel and not flush.

Communication was poor. There seemed to be a disconnect between Collision and Service. When car would not start while under your possession, it took over a week for someone in Service to even take a first look at the car - and that's when I called to inquire for an update. All downhill from there.
