Your staff was very friendly, and I was very happy that I got my car back sooner than expected. However, I was VERY unhappy with Enterprise Rent-a-Car. I was offered the option of not having to fill up the gas tank before returning the car. They said I’d just be charged $2.93 for each gallon I used. That sounded great, so I said yes. I only drove it home and back, a total of about 8 miles. But little did I know they were going to charge me an extra $40.00 for the privilege of not having to fill the tank with 1/2 gallon or so. When I called and complained, they reduced the charge to $2.93, the charge for 1 gallon. But what a racket!
