I have called about one minor issue. There was a small spot on the front hood. It was a small little paint chip. It was filled, which I appreciate that however, in a certain angle, you can see a circle around the spot. Next to the spot says brush touch up or something. Not sure how to remove that?

I brought my car to Serra's body shop because it is brand new and under factory warranty. I thought it would be the outstanding place to have it repaired. Having to send it back to the shop immediately on my arrival due to really poor panel alignment that wasn't caught during the "quality inspection" if there is such a thing pretty much dashed your guys chance to shine.

Upon arrival to pick up my car there was a very obvious failure to align the body parts correctly during the repair. It only took a few minutes to correct, but should have been caught before it left the body shop and if not then, by the manager before calling me to let me know the car was ready. No final inspection was done of the vehicle.
