repaired end result was pretty good. the rear passenger door that was done twice looked to me could have been done better but I did not want to say anything and take yet another week for little to no imporvement.

I would have thought you would not tell me to bring my vehicle on until you had all the required parts for this minor repair. But you had me bring it in on a Monday and then for over a week kept tiring me you were waiting for a part. I was mot happy!

Overall a positive experience. The wait time to have the car worked on was almost a month = too long. Employee Victoria Wiley was exceptional is providing exemplary service in all domains!

Paint job is good and overall looks pretty good. Fit and finish = a no, as the truck lid does not close flush now/it is cocked open a bit on the left side.

I’ve had my car repaired by Serra collision before with very satisfactory results. Once again they did a fine job repairing my car and getting it back to me pretty promptly. I really appreciate the availability of a loaner during the repair.
