They did good work and were able to quickly correct the missing sound deadening panel.

When I reported that the door sounded hollow when I closed it. They agreed and took a look and added the sound deadening panel that they had over looked when replacing the door.

The lining of my sunroof and headliner has grease/oil stains, pieces of glass were not picked up and left in the backseat of my car, a piece of plastic was left between my windshield and hood (it must of fallen during repair), and sunroof retract button is sticking/recessed into headliner. . I had a loaner vehicle during this repair and have not been able to come back in to have the grease removed due to my schedule and lack of ability to get another car for the time my vehicle is in the shop. Everyone in the office is amazing and because of that I will bring my vehicle back, but the repair/cleanliness of the car returned is not acceptable.
