I was disappointed with my experience. When I initially went to pick up my vehicle, it was evident it had not been inspected, as there were several problems. I left my vehicle and they worked on it again. In addition, they removed my license plate frame and replaced it without my permission. When I requested my plate frame to be returned to me, they did deliver it to me. I felt like they only wanted to do the bare minimum that would make me go away, instead of trying to do a good job, which truly disappointed me.

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. My car was repaired in a single day because parts were ordered and painted in advance which minimized my inconvenience. I hope I don't require further service any time soon, but I'll be sure to return if I do.
