PRO: Staff was very friendly and the process was easy. CON: There is a small dust defect in paint on my hood. Parts should have been ordered and ready to go on the day of drop off. I scheduled my appt a month out from drop off day and it was known I was going to need a new headlamp. The headlamp was not ordered and that delayed the finishing of the job. Why have me come in for a quote and to schedule the job if you aren't going to order the parts and have them ready ?

Front bumper cover was not aligned to the fenders. Set up appointment to have it corrected. Interior B-pillar trim was scratched during repair.
