All in all the process was good. There was a scratch in the repair area that I had work done, i returned in less than 30 minutes to and show my rep. A part had to be ordered, I called a week later to see if it had arrived, I was told it was in. No one had called me to say the part was in. When I had Serra Rental/Loaner while my Jeep was worked on, I received a call right away to bring it back and my vehicle was done, even though it was not. Work looks great, I would tell others get work done at Serra, but don't give the rental back until you know for sure work is complete.
