The service was completed in a timely fashion. I especially liked that I was continually informed of the progression of the repairs and completion date. The customer service was also great! Oh yes, when I received my vehicle back the guys had given my car a thorough cleaning in and out, even the white walls on my mustard n maionaise tires! not just your timpical service rinse off. I guess the only improvement that I would like to see with the company is that loaners be made available to customers having body shop and engine work done.
