Tires not filled to correct air pressure. At least a dozen bird droppings all over from sitting outside for several weeks. Other dealerships give you a courtesy car wash, especially if the vehicle is worse than when it was brought in.

The hand off from the body shop to the dealer left me without my vehicle. Seems the dealer emails and texts and those from the body shop made it appear my car was ready for pickup when it wasn’t. Someone needs to review the emails - they all came from Sera but didn’t differentiate between the body shop and the dealer service department.

Before picking up my vehicle, I asked my service rep. Did he clear all fault on my jeep cause I had a Uconnect box for and he said yes he cleared it. They flashed the vehicle and nothing popped up as soon as I got in my vehicle and started it up the same fault popped up.
