The front desk had my paperwork and key on the counter for me when I walked in!! Very kind and customer focused. If I had a snickers bar I would have given it to the lady behind the desk!

I know of other collision shops that would leave my car cleaner than I dropped it off as. I would recommend them to use those shops. I only used Serra due to convenience aspect. I was severely disappointed when I picked up my vehicle.

The technician in charge never came out of his office when I took the delivery of my vehicle. The front desk were very polite but I would have wanted the Technician i charge of my repair walk thru my vehicle to make sure I was satisfied with the work.
