I don’t think I have ever had it easier experience with the Body Shop before this. They were quick, efficient, called with updates, friendly, and just made everything so easy. When you’re in an accident, you need things to be quick & easy. I will definitely be coming here in the future for any repairs.

getting into an accident is never a pleasant experience, but setauket body shop made the aftermath less stressful. Got me in and out quickly, and kept me updated with my car’s progress. My car was ready in a Couple days, when I thought it was going to be a couple weeks. Just helped my stress overall. I will definitely use setauket body shop again, hopefully it won’t be through my insurance or an accident. Positive experience after a negative incident. 🙂

We have called upon them 3x as we were hit by someone else and had one act of nature during a storm. Gina and Joe are great. They calm you down and understand. They easily handle everything from coordinating with other persons insurance, rentals etc. They not only do great work, they also detail cars. We now want to go to them for detailing our other cars. Not a speck of dirt was in our detailing.My wife hasn’t stopped talking about how the car looks and smells brand new. Finally, the artwork is amazing. Truly gifted talent that he creates. Overall, warm, humorous, knowledgeable caring people. It’s a no brainer. If you ever need this type of service, give this company a call.

I was happy with all aspects of my experience with Setauket Auto Body. Joe and Jean Marie were informative, attentive, and professional throughout. The end result is exactly what they promised, something that is in short supply these days, and therefore most welcomed as an outcome.
