Very satisfied. Sarah was very pleasant over the phone and in person, and was very thorough in all of her explanations. Brian was also very pleasant and helpful when dealing with loaner car and transportation items. Mike clearly explained some of the broken parts that needed replacing.Dan and everyone else in the shop have done a great job in repairing this relatively new vehicle.
